Privacy Policy
A-Live Memories
Effective date: 25 September 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains the public information available about how A-Live Memories handles personal data in the app and on the website.
At the time of writing, the public App Store disclosure for this app states, “The developer does not collect any data from this app.” The public repository for this project does not include app source code or a developer-operated backend, so this policy is intentionally conservative and based on verified public information only.
Information users enter into the app
Publicly verified app descriptions reference personal choices, story moments, memory cards, and a growing personal collection. These are user-controlled features that are presented as part of the app experience.
Because no app source code is available in the repository, we cannot verify whether such information is transmitted to a third-party service, server, or Apple service beyond what is publicly stated by Apple and the developer.
Information stored locally
The app is described as a personal collection experience with memorable scenes, background music, streaks, and saved images. Based on the public App Store details, it is reasonable to say that some app data may be stored on the device for normal game and collection functionality.
Typical locally stored information may include in-app progress, collection state, preferences, and user-selected content designed for the app experience. This information is not confirmed to be sent to the developer in public disclosures.
Apple services and syncing
The App Store listing indicates the app is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 17.0 or later. The public description also says the app can save backgrounds and cards to the Photos library, and the app may use Apple services such as App Store purchase processing and standard Apple system features.
If you use Apple services such as StoreKit for purchases, Apple processes the transaction according to Apple’s own privacy rules. That is separate from the developer’s collection of user content in the app.
Information collected or received by the developer
Apple’s App Store privacy disclosure states that the developer does not collect any data from this app. The repository also does not reveal developer-operated servers, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, AI APIs, or custom backend integrations.
Because no app source code is available, we do not claim that the developer receives, stores, or processes user content beyond what is clearly disclosed by Apple and the public app listing.
Photos and other device access
The public App Store description states that users can save atmospheric backgrounds and cards to Photos. This indicates an intentional user action that authorizes saving images to the Photos library.
We do not claim any broader access to the user’s photo library beyond the functionality clearly described by the app listing.
In-app purchases
The App Store listing shows that the app offers in-app purchases and premium content. Premium lets users continue beyond the first ten memories and unlocks “The Story of Your Collection.” Purchase processing is handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
Apple may process payment and transaction information according to its own privacy policy. You can review Apple’s information at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Website privacy
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process standard technical information when you visit the site, in accordance with GitHub’s privacy statements.
We do not ask for accounts, login information, or personal profile data on this website.
Data retention and deletion
Because the app’s source code is not available in the repository, we cannot verify exact retention periods or deletion flows for all data stored on the device. The public documentation does not provide a developer-operated server or cloud storage system to manage user data centrally.
If you delete the app, locally stored app data may be removed with the app, depending on your device settings. Images saved to Photos must be removed separately in the Photos app if you no longer want them.
