Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Daily Health Notes handles information when you use the app.
Information stored in the app
Daily Health Notes allows you to record health information such as symptoms, body temperature, blood pressure, medical tests, medications, reminders, notes, and family-member profiles.
This information is stored locally on your device. Daily Health Notes does not require an account and does not send your health records to our servers.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, the app uses Apple’s local notification system to notify you about medications and medical-test appointments. These notifications are scheduled on your device.
Exporting and sharing data
You may choose to export or share your records using the iOS sharing features. Exporting or sharing is initiated by you. Please take care when choosing where exported files are stored or sent.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect or sell your health information. The app does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or user accounts.
Deleting your information
You can delete individual health entries, medications, and family profiles within the app. You can also remove the app from your device to delete locally stored app data, subject to iOS backup behavior.
Children’s privacy
Daily Health Notes does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require an account or transmit health records to our servers, no personal information is collected through the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features or privacy practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
