JobRoute Mate helps mobile service professionals schedule jobs, organize client information, keep service records, and review daily routes. This Privacy Policy explains the information that may be entered, stored, synchronized, or exported when using the app.

Information stored by the app

JobRoute Mate allows users to enter and store information related to their work, including:

This information is used to help a professional keep track of jobs, clients, appointments, and daily routes. The app stores this information on the device and may make it available across supported Apple devices if iCloud synchronization is enabled.

Client and job information

JobRoute Mate supports adding new clients and selecting existing clients when creating a job. It can save multiple addresses and phone numbers for clients and can keep a record of client job history, service summaries, historical dates, and previous prices. Job-related records may also include service notes, payment status, and reminders. This information is used to manage appointments, service workflow, communication, pricing, and route planning for the business using the app.

JobRoute Mate does not send customer, job, staff, route, or business records to Google AdMob for advertising or ad targeting. This includes, without limitation, client names, phone numbers, addresses, client notes, client language preferences, job/appointment dates and times, service descriptions or summaries, job duration, prices, payment status, job notes, reminders, staff names and assignments, route coordinates, saved latitude/longitude, job history, revenue totals, CSV/export content, and CloudKit records. These records are not advertising data and are not used to target ads.

Staff information

The app supports staff assignment and filtering of calendar and route information by staff member. Staff records, if entered into the app, are used to organize assignments and help view jobs by staff member. This information is limited to what the user enters and stores locally or synchronizes via iCloud.

Maps and route information

JobRoute Mate can display daily jobs on a map and provide estimated driving time and estimated driving distance. The app uses Apple MapKit and CoreLocation functionality for route planning and route display based on job addresses, user-selected route information, and optional location access when the user chooses to allow it. Route warnings may appear when service duration, travel time, and buffer time could create appointment conflicts.

This does not mean continuous background GPS tracking is performed, and it does not mean route or job coordinates are sent to AdMob. Location-related processing is limited to what the app supports for route planning on the user’s device and for route display based on job addresses and user-selected route information.

iCloud sync

JobRoute Mate supports synchronization of client, staff, and job information through Apple’s iCloud infrastructure. If enabled, this allows selected data to be available across supported Apple devices using the same Apple Account. The app is not described as operating a separate developer-owned cloud database for this data.

CSV export

Job and client information can be exported as CSV files for use in Excel or Numbers. These exported files are under the user’s control and may be shared through other apps, email, or cloud storage services chosen by the user.

Notifications

If reminders are enabled, the app may schedule notifications on the user’s device. Notification settings can be managed in the device settings, and app reminders are intended to support scheduling and service follow-up.

Advertising and third-party services

JobRoute Mate offers a free version and a premium version. Free users may see banner advertising, and Premium users do not see ads. JobRoute Mate uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display banner advertising to free users.

Google Mobile Ads may process information required to provide, measure, secure, and personalize advertising as applicable. Depending on app configuration, consent or privacy choices, region, and applicable law, this may include device identifiers, coarse location, advertising data, product or app interaction data, and diagnostics such as crash and performance information. These elements are subject to the applicable Google advertising configuration and user privacy choices, and not every category listed is necessarily collected in every case.

JobRoute Mate also uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable to request and manage advertising and privacy choices required in certain regions. Advertising behavior may depend on user consent or privacy choices, region, applicable law, and Google advertising configuration.

Purchases and Premium

JobRoute Mate offers a one-time non-consumable Premium purchase that permanently removes advertising. The free version continues to provide the existing core functionality, and banner advertising may be displayed to free users. Premium does not unlock core functionality that is already available in the free version.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. JobRoute Mate does not receive or store payment card details. StoreKit is used to determine Premium entitlement and restore purchases. Premium is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

Data retention and deletion

Information in the app is retained based on the user’s records and usage of the app. User-controlled data can be deleted from the app, and synchronized data may also be managed through Apple device and iCloud settings. The app does not operate a separate developer-owned backend for local business records, and user deletion choices are controlled through the app and Apple’s iCloud-related settings where relevant.

Children’s privacy

JobRoute Mate is a business and professional scheduling app intended for service professionals and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

Changes to this privacy policy
