JobRoute Mate helps service professionals manage clients, jobs, schedules, reminders, and daily travel routes. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the JobRoute Mate app.
Information You Add
JobRoute Mate allows you to enter information such as:
- Client names
- Addresses
- Phone numbers
- Notes and language preferences
- Job dates, times, durations, prices, and service summaries
- Payment status and staff assignments
- Job reminders
This information is provided by you and is used to help manage your business appointments and client relationships.
Location Information
JobRoute Mate may request access to your device location to help plan travel between service addresses and display route information on a map. Location access is optional. If you do not grant permission, you can continue using client and scheduling features, but route calculations may be limited.
iCloud Synchronization
If iCloud synchronization is enabled on your device, selected client, staff, and job information may be synchronized through Apple's iCloud services. This allows your information to be available across your supported Apple devices using the same Apple Account.
JobRoute Mate does not operate its own independent cloud database for your client or job information.
Exports
JobRoute Mate allows you to export client and job information as CSV files. Exported files are controlled by you and may be shared through apps or services you choose, including Excel, Numbers, email, or cloud storage.
In-App Purchases
JobRoute Mate offers an optional Premium upgrade. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. JobRoute Mate does not receive or store your payment card details.
Notifications
If you enable job reminders, JobRoute Mate may schedule local notifications on your device. Notification settings can be changed at any time in your device settings.
Advertising and Analytics
JobRoute Mate does not display third-party advertising and does not use third-party analytics services to track your activity.
Data Security
Information stored locally on your device is protected by the security features of your Apple device. Information synchronized through iCloud is handled according to Apple's security and privacy practices.
Data Removal
You can remove clients, jobs, and other information directly within the app. You can also manage or remove synchronized information through your Apple device and iCloud settings.
Children's Privacy
JobRoute Mate is intended for business and professional use and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
